We only accept damaged and/or defective merchandise. Any other reasons for returns other than damaged or defective merchandise will not be accepted.
We will issue a replacement or a refund upon receipt of the returned item. If you prefer a refund a credit will be made to your original method of payment.
How to Return an Order.
If you return a damaged or defective product purchased from our web site to be replaced, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of your purchase with your order number in the subject line. If the damaged or defective product is being replaced, upon confirmation of a return invoice, we will ship you a similar product as quickly as possible prior to receiving your damaged and/or defective package.
Please note: We are not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items. All returns must be sent via UPS or insured USPS Parcel Post.
Items must be returned in the original packaging.
Mail your damaged or defective product to the shipping address on the original package,
Refunds do not include shipping and/or handling charges.
